Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the discretion of The Congaree Milling Company.

Made to Order — Expect 2–4 Weeks Before Shipping
Because each order is milled by hand just for you, fulfillment takes time. If you need your grits by a certain date, please order early.

All valid complaints will be issued refunds.

All refunds will generally be for the complete cost of the order including shipping.

Refunds may take up to two weeks.

In certain circumstances we may ask you to return the product to us, in this instance The Congaree Milling Company will pay for shipping.

The customer will be required to print return shipping in the instance of a return, and pack the product into a shipping package.

We reserve the right to refuse sales to customers who ask for multiple refunds.
