Our Yellow Quick Grits are milled from organic yellow corn and nothing else. What makes these grits "quick?" They are milled finer that our coarse grits. This allows for a shorter cooking time (20 minutes to a half hour generally). If you don't have the time or the patience for the coarsely ground grits, our Yellow Quick Grits are the choice for you. 

Packed with all the flavor of our organic yellow corn, these grits are suitable for all grits applications whether it's down the line Southern shrimp and grits or more advanced dishes like air fryer grits grits casserole.
